1. Selection – First of all there will be written test (computer based). Successful candidates will be called for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PST). PET will be conducted by CAPF.
2. In the written examination, questions related to General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Elementary Maths and English/Hindi subjects will be asked. 20-20 questions will be asked from all the four sections. All the sections will be of 40-40 marks. The duration of the paper will be 60 minutes.
3. Physical fitness rules, Height Male candidates – 170 cms, Female candidates – 157 cms, Chest – Male candidates – 80 cms. (inflated – 85 cm)
4. The maximum vacancies are 10497 in BSF, 100 in CISF, 8911 in CRPF, 1284 in SSB, 1613 in ITBP, 1697 in AR and 103 in SSF.
5. Male candidates will have to run 5 km in 24 minutes. Apart from this, 1.6 km will also have to be run in 6 and a half minutes. Female candidates will have to run 800 meters in 4 minutes. Apart from this, 1.6 km run will also have to be done in 8 and a half minutes.
6. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in written examination of those who will qualify in PET PST.
