How many will be selected for PET/PST:

Candidates applying for this recruitment have to first take part in CBT. After clearing the CBT candidates will be called for PET and PST. According to the information given by the commission in the notification, candidates 8 times the total number of vacancies in the CBT of this recruitment can be declared successful and they can be called for PET/PST. According to this, the commission can call about 1.90 lakh to 2 lakh candidates for PET/PST.

What is the pattern of CBT:

In the CBT of this recruitment, 80 questions of 160 marks will be asked from the candidates. In this exam candidates will be asked 20 questions of 40 marks from General Intelligence and Reasoning, 20 questions of 40 marks from General Knowledge and General Awareness, 20 questions of 40 marks from Elementary Mathematics and 20 questions of 40 marks from English/Hindi. At the same time, candidates will get 60 minutes to solve all the questions in CBT.
