Educational Qualifications-

• The applicant should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Works Accountant or full time MBA/PGDM graduate from a recognized University/Institution with good academic record. Chartered Accountants will be given preference.
• Officers of Organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services [अर्थात। भारतीय लेखा परीक्षा और लेखा सेवा, भारतीय रक्षा लेखा सेवा, भारतीय रेलवे लेखा सेवा, भारतीय नागरिक लेखा सेवा, भारतीय पी एंड टी लेखा और वित्त सेवा, और भारतीय लागत लेखा सेवा] Those working at the appropriate level are exempted from these educational qualifications.

• In addition, applicants from the Central Government/Armed Forces of the Union/All India Services will also be exempted from educational qualification as at (i) above, provided the applicants have ‘Relevant Experience’ as mentioned in Para 4. (iii) below.
