so many posts will be recruited
A total of 285 vacant posts will be selected through the Combined Geo-Scientist Examination, 2023 issued by the Union Public Service Commission. Candidates will be selected through three stages Preliminary Exam, Main Exam and Interview.

Today is the last date of application
UPSC has started the process of application for Combined Geo-Scientist Examination, 2023 from September 21, 2022. The Commission has fixed the last date for application today as October 11, 2022. Applications will be open till 06 PM today. All the candidates who are interested to apply, they should complete their application as soon as possible. Applications will be in online mode only. For information related to educational qualification and age limit, candidates can check the notification available on the official website.

When will the exam take place?
The Combined Geo-Scientist Preliminary Examination, 2023 will be conducted by the Union Public Service Commission on February 19, 2023. The exam will be conducted at various centers in different states across the country with all the precautions. The major cities of the exam are- Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cuttack, Delhi, Mumbai, Dispur, Hyderabad, Prayagraj, Patna etc.
