Through this recruitment, the Karnataka Public Service Commission has decided to select eligible candidates on a total of 332 vacant posts. The post wise recruitment details are given below-:

• Junior Engineer (Civil) – 166 Posts
• Junior Engineer (Mechanical) – 03 Posts
• Assistant Statistical Officer in Directorate of Economics and Statistics – 58 Posts
• Statistical Inspector of Directorate of Economics and Statistics – 105 Posts

Educational Qualification & Age Limit
Candidates should be holders of Diploma in Civil Engineering (General) and Mechanical Engineering (General) granted by the Board of Technical Education, Government of Karnataka. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Pure Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Economics with Statistics / Quantitative Techniques, Pure Economics, Applied Economics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics or Computer Science in any one of the subjects. Candidates age should be minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years. Selected candidates will be given a salary ranging from Rs 27,650 to Rs 70,850.
