• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized Institute/University and six years’ experience in handling legal affairs in Government Departments/Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Bodies/Government Universities, preferably in an established Hospital or Medical Institution. Should have experience in drafting counters/petitions for filing before Tribunals and Courts, fighting cases and liaising with advocates on various legal matters.
• Candidates should have good knowledge of service matters, labor laws and various laws related to hospital administration and students affairs. Preference will be given to the candidates having previous experience in hospital administrative matters.
