Mode Of Selection

  • Short List of Applications – Based on eligibility criteria and marks obtained in relevant degree.
    Preliminary Selection – Preliminary selection will consist of Mental Ability Test/ Cognitive Aptitude Test and Picture Perception and Discussion Test (PP&DT).

Educational Qualifications

general duties ,

(i) Candidates who have passed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Arts/Science/Commerce/Medical/Engineering/any other discipline) from any recognized University with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (ie BE/B. 1st Sem. to 8th Sem. for .Tech course or 1st year to final year for Bachelor’s degree candidates wherever applicable).

(ii) Intermediate or 10+2+3 as subjects of Mathematics and Physics up to class XII of education or 60% in aggregate in Mathematics and Physics. {Candidates who do not have Physics and Mathematics in 10+2 (Intermediate) or equivalent level are not eligible for General Duty (GD)}.

Commercial Pilot Admission (CPL-SSA):

Candidates holding current / valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) issued / valid by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). Minimum Educational Qualification – 12th pass (Physics & Mathematics) with 60% marks in aggregate.

Technical (Engineering & Electrical) ,

(i) Degree in Engineering with 60% marks in aggregate OR Passed Section A & B examination from Institution of Engineers (India) in any of the disciplines listed below with 60% marks in aggregate:-

(a) Engineering Branch:- Naval Architecture or Mechanical or Marine or Automotive or Mechatronics or Industrial and Production or Metallurgy or Design or Aeronautical or Aerospace.

(b) Electrical Branch:- Electrical or Electronics or Telecommunication or Instrumentation or Instrumentation and Control or Electronics and Communication or Power Engineering. or power electronics.

  • All above streams of Engineering. Should be recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

(ii) 60% marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics in class 12th. OR Three Year Diploma Course with 60% in aggregate

How to Apply

Only ‘Online’ applications will be accepted for the above posts tentatively from 06 December to 17 December 2021 till 1730 hrs till 1200 hrs. Important Instructions for Filling

The online applications are given below:-

(i) Candidate’s name, father/mother’s name and date of birth should be the same as mentioned in the class X pass certificate. In case of any mismatch between name and date of birth in the application, the application will be rejected.]

(ii) Indicate the exact percentage of graduation marks of XII up to two decimals and it is not to be rounded off.

(iii) Candidates will have to select any one location for PSB from the options displayed.

(iv) It is mandatory to fill in the information like personal email ID and mobile number of the candidate. The date, time and venue of examination and other information will be intimated through individual email id or through CG recruitment website.

(v) Applicant, current or permanent address of the online application should be same as the address mentioned in the caste/category certificate (SC, ST, OBC and EWS).

(vi) In case of OBC Non-Creamy Layer (NCL), the category certificate should be as per the format of appointment to the post under Govt. of India. Format of OBC (Non-Creamy) certificate is available on ICG website (No other format will be

Read the instructions carefully and proceed to fill the application form as given below:-

(i) Select Advertisement for the Recruitment of Assistant Commandants 02/2022 Batch.

(ii) Select any one post to apply from any one of the following:-
(AA) Assistant Commandant General Duty. (AB) Assistant Commandant Commercial Pilot License (CPL-SSA)-Male/Female (AC) Assistant Commandant (Engineering & Electrical)

(iii) Click on ‘I Agree’ button and ‘Online Application’ will be displayed.

(iv) Proceed to fill the application (All-Star

Marked entries are mandatory and to be filled).
(v) The candidate has to upload the photograph and signature in JPEG format (image quality 200 dpi). The size of photograph and signature should be between 10 kb to 40 kb and 10 kb to 30 kb respectively. (aa) Candidates shall ensure that all the data is checked before clicking on the submit button. Any variation from the 10th certificate in respect of name, father’s name, date of birth, percentage (%) in the 12th mark sheet and category will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
