PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANTThe candidates applying for the post of Professional Assistant will be given salary as per Pay Level 06. The age limit for the candidates has been fixed at 35 years.
educational qualification
Talking about educational qualification, M.Lib.Sc. ,M.L.I. Science or its equivalent or Master’s degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce or any other discipline and B. Lib Science, B.Li.Sc
Computer Science paper at graduate/post graduate level or six months computer science course from a recognized, registered institution is a must.
2. SEMI- PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANT
The candidate applying for the post of Semi Professional Assistant will be given salary according to Pay Level 05. The age limit for the candidates has been fixed at 30 years.
educational qualification
Graduation in Arts/Science/Commerce or any other discipline or any other higher qualification.
B.Lib. Sc./B.L.I. science
Course in Computer Application at graduate or post graduate level or 6 months computer course from a recognized / registered institute
03- Assistant (ASSISTANT)
The candidate applying for the post of Assistant will be given salary according to Pay Level 04. The age limit for the candidates has been fixed at 30 years.
educational qualification
Graduate from a recognized University in any discipline with good working knowledge of computers.
4. JUNIOR ASSISTANT
The candidate applying for the post of Junior Assistant will be given salary according to Pay Level 02. The age limit for the candidates has been fixed at 27 years.
educational qualification
- Certificate (10+2) or its equivalent qualification from a Senior Secondary School Institution from a recognized Board
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi Typewriting through Computer.
The candidate applying for the post of Library Attendant will be given salary according to Pay Level 01. The age limit for the candidates has been fixed at 30 years.
- Passed 10th or its equivalent examination from any State Education Board or Government recognized Institute
- Certificate in Library Science/Library and Information Science from a recognized Institute.
- Computer as a subject at secondary level or basic course in computer from any institute
The candidate applying for the post of Library Attendant will be given salary according to Pay Level 04. The age limit for the candidates has been fixed at 30 years.

Must have passed (10+2) or equivalent examination with Science subject or must have completed graduation with equivalent subject.
7. LABORATORY ATTENDANT
The candidate applying for the post of Laboratory Attendant will be given salary according to Pay Level 01. The age limit for the candidates has been fixed at 30 years.

Must have passed 10th or its equivalent examination with science subjects from a recognized board.
