BCI 18th Qualifying Exam: The Bar Council of India has released the revised schedule of qualifying examination for Indian citizens holding foreign law degrees. According to the revised schedule, the BCI 18th exam for foreign law degree holders will be conducted from December 19 to 24, 2022. The Bar Council of India has also announced the syllabus for the qualifying examinations. Candidates who are going to appear in BCI Eligibility Test for Indian Citizens having Foreign Law Degree can visit the official website for further exam related information.

Six papers in BCI 18th exam

There will be six papers in the BCI 18th exam for Indian citizens having foreign law degree. Constitution of India, Contract Law and Negotiable Instruments Act, Company Law, Civil Procedure Code and Limitation Act, Criminal Procedure Syllabus Official Available on website.

Paper date and time
Constitution of India Monday 19th December from 11am to 2pm.

Contract Law & Negotiable Instruments Act

Tuesday, December 20 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
company law Wednesday, December 21st from 11am to 2pm

Civil Procedure Code and Limitation Act.
Thursday 22 December 11am to 2pm
Criminal Procedure Code Friday 23rd December from 11am to 2pm

Indian Legal Profession and Code of Conduct
